내부에 신발 밑창 보호 필름이있는 새 신발을 사용해보세요. 바닥에서 춤추는 것은 아닙니다. 문제를 발견하는 즉시 저희에게 연락 하십시오.
잘 맞지 않거나 문제가 있으면 다시 보내주세요. 우리는 그것들을 얻는 즉시 변경하거나 개조 할 수 있습니다. 한국의 경우 운임은 고객님 께서 부담하셔야하며, 새로운 제품을 보내 주시면 저희가 부담하셔야합니다.
신발이 맞춤화되지 않았고 전액 환불을 원할 경우에도 먼저 다시 보내야합니다. 이 경우 신발 가격 만 지불합니다. 운임은 환불되지 않습니다.

DELIVERY
We deliver our shoes all over the world via Air Fright Parcel service, EMS and EMS premium service.
The total delivery is usually it takes 2 weeks to make shoes from the payment confirm and then one or two weeks for delivery. It depends on each countries Post Office System. After we send the parcel, we will send an email about the EMS tracking no the customer find the parcel.
Over two pairs, we can offer the combined delivery cost. Please check on us.

EXCHANGE/ RETURN
In case the shoes are not fit well and you want to return the shoes, please contact us first. We will give you the instruction.
- Not Custom Order
When the customer receive their shoes, please try the shoe at house inside. If the shoes are not fit well, please contact us first. And then the shoes will be unworn and are returned in salable condition with the packaging box under the our proper instruction. When the customer return the shoes, they need to be responsible to send them back to us. It means the customer will pay the freight charge. After we make the new shoes, we will send them on our charge of shipping.
If the customer want to refund, the freight charge we pay or the customer pay is not refunded at all. And PayPal fee too.
In case, the customer don't pay the freight charge due to a free shipping, the customer shall be asked to pay the shipping from Korea.
- Custom-made Shoes Order
Custom Order is not fully refunded. The customer get a refund in less amount. It depends on the shoes condition and their own specialty. The freight charge is not refunded at all. The freight charge and PayPal fee is not refunded too.
